When I went to Mui Wo I found out a few things, when I first arrived at the island I saw a lot of cars and a bus stop, I also saw a fast food restaurant McDonalds. These things are usually found it not so poorer places. After going a bit deeper into the island I started to see that the place wasn't as nice as I thought. The first thing I noticed was the transportation people used, unlike us, they moved around with their bikes. The second thing I noticed was how complicated the places were to get to, even though the island wasn't big, there was still a lot of different routes to different places.
The beach was very nice and had a lot very well built public facilities such as toilets, showers, barbecues and shelter. The beach had a few life guards stalls on it and also seemed to be a famous place for volleyball.
The things i have noticed is that the island has kind of two sections to it, the visitors area and also the residential area, what I've realized is that the visitors area is very well developed and seems that anyone would enjoy it however the residential area is less developed and doesn't seem like a place someone would want to stay. This is maybe because not many people stay in Mui Wo however a lot of people visit Mui Wo so thats why they make the visitors area more developed.
